Video Conferencing

In order to restrain our participants from travelling we have introduced this new feature of video conferencing - A convenient way of sharing and discussion.

How It Works

Step 1: Preparation

Send us your presentation slides (PPT) before the conference date.

Step 2: Zoom Setup

  • Download Zoom App (Mobile/Notepad/Tablet)
  • Create (Sign-Up) a Zoom Account at www.zoom.us

Step 3: Join Meeting

  • You will receive a meeting invite with an embedded video link
  • The invite will include Meeting ID and Password

Step 4: Technical Setup

  • Verify your camera and audio input
  • Check your network connectivity
  • Test screen sharing functionality

Time Limit

Maximum Time Limit for Presentation: 10 Minutes
