In order to restrain our participants from travelling we have introduced this new feature of video conferencing - A convenient way of sharing and discussion.
How It Works
Step 1: Preparation
Send us your presentation slides (PPT) before the conference date.
Step 2: Zoom Setup
- Download Zoom App (Mobile/Notepad/Tablet)
- Create (Sign-Up) a Zoom Account at www.zoom.us
Step 3: Join Meeting
- You will receive a meeting invite with an embedded video link
- The invite will include Meeting ID and Password
Step 4: Technical Setup
- Verify your camera and audio input
- Check your network connectivity
- Test screen sharing functionality

Time Limit
Maximum Time Limit for Presentation: 10 Minutes
